Regular Annual General Assembly of AmCham Slovenia

Following the 28th AmCham Slovenia Annual General Assembly, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Mojca Kovač, CEO at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Slovenia, and Petra Štefanič Anderluh,

PhD, General Manager of Novartis LLC and Global Head of Small Molecules at Novartis, to the AmCham Slovenia Board of Governors.

We also congratulate Matjaž Ulčar, Managing Partner at CERHA HEMPEL Slovenia, and Tomislav Čižmić, CEO at Telemach Slovenia, on their re-election to a new term on the Board.

Under the leadership of President Beno Ceglar, General Manager at NIL Slovenia, and Vice Presidents Alenka Mejač Krassnig, Country Manager, Visa Slovenia, and Samo Kumar, CEO at Bankart, the Board continues to bring together accomplished leaders from across industries who are committed to advancing a competitive, innovative, and sustainable business environment in Slovenia.

Continuing their service on the Board are Marta Bulhak, Managing Director at Pivovarna Laško Union; Nevenka Črešnar Pergar, Director at NP Consulting; and Branko Žibret, Partner and Managing Director at Kearney.

Brendan Rivage-Seul, Political-Economic Counselor at the U.S. Embassy Ljubljana, serves on the Board in an ex officio capacity. The Board is further complemented by Božidarka Radović, AmCham Top Potential of the Year 2026 and Product Director at Better, and Ajša Vodnik, CEO at AmCham Slovenia.
