The first thematic category of this year’s Best of the Best 2026 programme has officially concluded! During Motivation Week, held from 19 to 23 October, Lek’s project, OurShare: When Company Success Becomes Employee Success, received the most support among three outstanding business practices.
The winning project, OurShare, is an employee share ownership programme through which Sandoz, of which Lek is a part, enables employees to become shareholders and participate in the company’s long-term success.
What makes the programme unique is its commitment to equal opportunities: all eligible employees receive an award of equal value, regardless of their job role, position or salary. In doing so, the programme not only strengthens financial security but also fosters a sense of belonging, connection and shared responsibility for the company’s success.
The programme’s remarkable success is reflected in its participation rate in Slovenia, where 93% of eligible employees, or 3,118 people, accepted the award.
Congratulations to Lek and the OurShare project team! By winning the MOTIVATION category, the project has secured its place among the superfinalists competing for the ultimate title of Best of the Best 2026.
We also congratulate the other two finalists: Prohit d.o.o., with its project Procall Employment Centre for People with Disabilities, and LUNA_TBWA, with its project Luna \TAKE OFF. Through their approaches to inclusion, talent development and creating new opportunities, both projects demonstrated the essential role people play in organisational success.
