The Strategic Council for the Economy has started its work yesterday with the aim of preparing concrete, feasible, and systemic solutions to improve the business environment, strengthen the competitiveness of the Slovenian economy, and create conditions for higher added value and long-term prosperity.
At AmCham Slovenia, we welcome the establishment of the Strategic Council for the Economy. We believe that open and expert dialogue among the business community, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders creates the strongest foundation for a competitive and future-ready Slovenia.
We congratulate all members of the Strategic Council and wish them every success in their work. We are pleased that many representatives of companies from the AmCham Slovenia business community will contribute to its work, including our President, Beno Ceglar.
For 27 years, AmCham Slovenia has been connecting the business community, experts, and decision-makers, while co-creating solutions for a better business and living environment. Our seven advocacy committees bring together more than 380 experts from over 450 Slovenian, international, and American companies, contributing concrete proposals in the areas of healthcare, talent development, international competitiveness, the digital future, resilience, and energy security.
That is why we will closely follow the work of the Strategic Council and continue to share the proposals, recommendations, and best practices developed within our advocacy committees. We believe that through collaboration, expert dialogue, and partnership, we can create an environment in which businesses, individuals, and society can thrive.
We wish the Strategic Council successful work and many concrete results.
