We have selected 5 superfinalists from the 16th generation of AmCham Young Professionals™, exceptional individuals who embody the values of modern leaders by aiming higher, thinking broader, and challenging the status quo.

At the Business Speed Dating event, five outstanding individuals, representing the next generation of business leaders, impressed the jury and advanced to the superfinal round of the AmCham Top Potential of the Year 2026 selection.
