Join us at the closing event of the AmCham YOUng platform, where we will proudly celebrate the outstanding 16th generation of AmCham Young Professionals™ and together select the AmCham Top Potential 2026.

YOUng is a place where lasting relationships are built, ideas that drive change are born, and individuals leave their mark. In an evening infused with the spirit of the 90s – the decade in which the participants of the 16th generation were born – we will celebrate achievements, connections, and the potential of the future.

On the stage of Festival Hall, five superfinalists of the 16th generation of AmCham Young Professionals will take the spotlight, individuals who embody the essence of modern leadership: ambition, trust, and integrity.
